The Mulsanne W.O. Edition by Mulliner
The Mulliner division will be celebrating Bentley's 100th anniversary next year with the release of a Mulsanne special edition. It pays homage to the company's founder father, W.O. Bentley and even includes an item from one of his personal cars.
The special model available on a long-wheelbase or regular-wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed is inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. used as his personal car. Its influence can be observed throughout the cabin, including a Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet that has a display window with a piece of the original crankshaft from the 8 Litre that is displayed inside.
Other highlights include a chrome application that runs back to the side of the car with an air vent in the shape of a B that features W.O. 's signature front grille, a front grille that is modeled on the 1930s-appropriate Onyx color of the limited edition, and a chrome application that wraps around the lower spoilers, left and right. The front grille has distinctive design, with a chrome-colored mesh replacing the body-color mesh of the Mulsanne. It also includes the Flying B Logo.
The key box is decorated with Bentley wings and is fitted with a black flock lining. Key pouches on their own can be purchased to complement or enhance the key box. The set includes a custom 1:18 scale model of the 8 Litre and a flying 'B' paperweight along with an illustrated brochure that includes never-before-seen photos of the original 1930s 8 Litre.
